Frank William Finney is the author of The Folding of the Wings (Finishing Line Press). Some of his recent work appears in Quibble Lit, Spank the Carp, Wildfire Words, and other places. Born and raised in Massachusetts, where he currently resides, he taught literature at Thammasat University in Thailand from 1995 until 2020.
