The Editorial Director works closely with our founder/editor-in-chief and team to guide editorial vision, refine the Press Pause voice, and support thoughtful, future-oriented, human-centered publishing. This role blends creativity, collaboration, and nonprofit strategy—helping to oversee submissions, mentoring volunteers, and helping our nonprofit press grow with mission-driven intention.
